Hernández accused of being unsympathetic to the 34 municipalities that passed motions against the Water Act

12 of September 2000: a pipe of the battery factory in Kosovska Mitrovica (Kosovo) causes the waste of 40000 liters of sulfuric acid

16 of August 2005: about 80000 l of poisonous hidrocarbure ortoxilene wastes in Oise river in Chauny ( north France). It was caused by an escape in the chemical floor
